Here at Frontline Group, we collect the bare minimum of personal data necessary to provide a quote for service.

When you fill out a quote request you provide:

  • your first and last name,
  • your phone number,
  • your email address,
  • needed communication channels,
  • any additional comments you feel are important about your company, your program or your requirements

We record information about how and when you use the Frontline Group website, including, for example, your IP address, time, date, browser used, and actions you have taken within the site. This information helps us to improve our services both for you and for all of our users.

We use this personal information to provide a quote for service, not to mine or sell your data.

Hosting
Secure hosting of Frontline Group is essential to both us and our customers. That is why we entrust Microsoft, an industry leader in secure cloud hosting, to protect all of our customer data.

Microsoft Azure
All customer data, and the servers that process this data, are securely managed by Microsoft Azure, geo-replicated in real time to multiple datacenters in the US. Customer Support
Frontline Group provides direct one-on-one support to all our customers, not a public forum free-for-all. We leverage Nice inContact to provide email, chat and phone support for our customers.

SalesForce
SalesForce is an industry-leading customer support management platform. When you submit a help request through Frontline Group, engage with our Customer Success team in a chat session, email us, or connect with us over social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter, we share this information with SalesForce to create and track your request. SalesForce then facilitates the communication necessary to answer your question or resolve your issue. We only send the minimum information necessary to create these requests in SalesForce and SalesForce only uses this information to support the request resolution process. Zoho
Zoho Corporation is an Indian software development company. The focus of Zoho Corporation lies in web-based business tools and information technology, including an office tools suite, Internet of things management platform, and a suite of IT management software. When you submit a request for a quote or otherwise inquire about our services, we enter/share this information with Zoho in order to track and response to your request for services.

Frontline Group uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies to help analyze how individuals use websites they visit. Non-personal information generated by this cookie about your use of Frontline Group is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google does not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. Google uses this information to understand how you use Frontline Group, and compiles reports on this activity to help us improve Frontline Group for our users. By using Frontline Group, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google for these purposes.

Microsoft Application Insights
Frontline Group uses Microsoft Application Insights to monitor and assess the health of the services we provide in real time. App Insights logs tons of useful information, like requests to our servers, connections to third-party dependencies, and any errors that may occur during processing. This data includes information like the IP address, browser version, internal user id and organization id for each request—information typically found in web server logs. We actively monitor and review reports from App Insights to proactively address any issues as they occur. App Insights is a Microsoft Azure product and is governed by the same security measures as our production hosting environment.

If a security breach causes an unauthorized intrusion into our system that materially affects you or your organization’s information, then we will notify you as soon as possible and later report the action we took in response.

We work hard to keep your information safe and secure.

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, taking into account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the personal information. We rely on Microsoft Azure to safeguard the physical and technical security of your information, and we have documented and enforced organizational controls to limit access to, and to protect your information and the information you collect via your forms. Compliance
We Operate in the United States
Our servers and data are securely stored in geo-redundant datacenters in the United States.

Our servers and offices are located in the United States, so your information may be transferred, stored, or processed in the United States. While the data protection, privacy, and other laws of the United States might not be as comprehensive as those in your country, we take many steps to protect your privacy, including offering a data processing addendum. By using Frontline Group, you understand and consent to the collection, storage, processing, and transfer of your information to our facilities in the United States and to those third parties with whom we share it as described in this policy.

Frontline Group is a United States company and processes Personal Data on servers in the United States of America. “If you are visiting from the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use, please note that by using our Site, making an enquiry, availing yourself of any Service or otherwise providing us with Personal Data you will be exporting Personal Data outside of the EEA to the United States.

Our Terms of Use incorporate the EU Standard Contractual Clauses prepared for transfers from data controllers to data processors, or data controllers to data controllers (depending on these circumstances of the transfer) which is a specific contract approved by the European Commission which give personal data the same protection it has in Europe (“Model Clause Agreement”). Data gathered using our quote request form is retained for a minimum of 30 days. However, we will retain your information for as long as your information is necessary to provide you with our services. We may also retain and use your information to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements.
